The Program Operations team at YouNoodle drives all key initiatives around customer success, client happiness and most important of all, customer retention & loyalty. In this role, you will help the company stay focused on customer outcomes and play a central role in directing the future of the product.

We are looking for a passionate, organized and dedicated Program Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. You will be the day-to-day project lead for some of our most important clients/brands, which means that you need to be detail-oriented, cool-headed around deadlines and always one step ahead of your clients. You will be part of an energetic international team that is working to make clients and startups succeed. We work together as a team to make sure that we meet deadlines and that our programs are both effective and impactful for clients and startups.


You are the ideal candidate if you are analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented Have 3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success Speak and write English with native or fluent proficiency Have exceptionally strong written and oral communication skills Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers Have demonstrated project and people leadership skills Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services) Feel energized by a fast-paced environment where you are expected to handle multiple priorities.
