We’re looking for someone to lead our brand development efforts:

-Develop and standardize our brand voice, look, and feel.
-Spearhead development of creative assets we can use across channels (primarily digital/social/OOH).

We’d love to talk to you about this gig if you have:

-At least 3 years of experience leading brand development work (brand voice, look and feel, style guides, etc.)—preferably for service or consumer brands—ideally in a startup, non-corporate environment.
-Your own ideas about what makes brands and communication successful. We need a self-starter who will bring us ideas and lead us toward the right answer—not wait to be told what to do. This is an opportunity to make a major impact on a new brand at an early stage.
-A broad creative toolkit. You can concept big picture ideas and translate them into killer executions.
Strong experience across both art and copy. If you “major” in one, you can work seamlessly with the other to come up with marketing ideas and executions.
-Digital sophistication on a variety of platforms and devices. You are in your natural habitat and an expert at developing strategies for the digital age.
-Extensive social experience including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You can take a brand creative idea and translate it onto social media to successfully build brand presence, engagement, and interaction. You know the smartest ways to involve consumers in brand conversation.
-Your own talent network. You are connected to wonderfully skilled partners and experts that you can tap into as needed to create and execute marketing programs. This could be writers, art directors, content producers, or creatives of all types. Access to and experience working with a really great creative director is a plus.
