We’re looking for someone to lead our marketing strategy efforts through the following:
-Drive development of cross-channel marketing strategies to support key brand and sales initiatives.
-Develop creative briefs that are strategic and inspiring; work with creatives to translate briefs into stellar big ideas and executions that drive desired marketing outcomes.
-Contribute to our brand strategy development.
-Develop channel-specific recommendations e.g., for social, what is the best way to be using social to achieve our marketing goals.
We’d love to talk to you about this gig if you have:
-At least 5 years of experience leading strategy work for brands/products—preferably for service or consumer brands— ideally in a startup, non-corporate environment.
-Your own ideas about what makes brands and marketing successful we need a self-starter who will bring us ideas and lead us toward the right answer—not wait to be told what to do. This is an opportunity to make a major impact on a new brand at an early stage.
-A broad strategic toolkit and are up-to-date on current social and media trends. You can pick apart a value prop to identify the best way to make it irresistible for a consumer and partner with a creative leader to develop a big idea that will delight a customer.
-Deep strategic media abilities. you are media-agnostic and understand how creative and media can work together to ignite brand success. If we give you a budget and an objective, you can tell us the best way to use our channels to achieve our objective.
-Digital sophistication on a variety of platforms and devices. You are in your natural habitat and an expert at developing strategies for the digital age.
-Extensive social experience including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You can take a brand creative idea and translate it onto social media to successfully build brand presence, engagement, and interaction. You know the smartest ways to involve consumers in brand conversation.
-Your own talent network. You are connected to wonderfully skilled partners and experts that you can tap into as needed to create and execute marketing programs. This could be writers, art directors, content producers, or creatives of all types. Access to and experience working with a really great creative director is a plus.
Good2Go is a San Francisco-based company dedicated to providing a secure access system for locating and accessing retailer restrooms. Every Good2Go location is ADA compliant, all-gender, equipped with high-tech automatic fixtures, and features a baby changing station. Today our restrooms are in San Francisco establishments such as Peet’s, Whole Foods, and other local businesses.
